University of Oxford degrees are conferred at degree ceremonies, held in the Sheldonian Theatre or the Examination Schools. You may graduate in person or in absence, either straight after you've finished your degree, or many years later.
- Undergratuate or Taught Masters students: You will automatically receive an email before the end of Michaelmas term in your final year of study, with instructions on how to login to the Student Systems eVision Degree Ceremony booking system. If you do not receive an email, please contact Student Systems Support at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Research students: You will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to login to the Student Systems eVision Degree Ceremony booking system once you have been granted Leave to Supplicate. If you do not receive an invite at this time, please contact Student Systems Support at email@example.com
As well as booking your Degree Ceremony you can use eVision to see the dates at which your college is presenting. St Benet's Hall will communicate with you separately regarding arrival, gowning, catering arrangements and any charges you may be required to pay.
- MA Degrees: St Benet's welcomes alumni back to the Hall to take their MAs at any of our normal scheduled Degree Days, and these may also be taken in absentia. For further information and to take your MA, contact the the Alumni Relations Officer.
